All credit checks will be done at the tenants expense however the tenant chosen for the apartment will be paid for by the landlord as per Regie de Logements regulations. Any promise to lease must be accompanied by proof of tenant insurance(liability)before possession of the property, *up to 2 million $ of protection*. No Air BnB ,no businesses, no public or private daycares are allowed in the building . No Subletting, no tenants living on the premises which are not on the lease. To add tenants to the lease, a new credit check must be done, a new lease must be signed and must be accepted by the lessor, any such request must only be submitted in writing. Proof of employment and credit check is required before acceptance of a promise to lease. Cannabis or other drugs will not be permitted inside, outside or in common areas of the building as mentioned in the lease. Do not smoke or vape indoors or outdoors in private or common areas. No animals are permitted inside, outside or in the common areas of the building specified in the lease unless a written consent is given by the owner. Any type of painting or modifications must be authorized by the lessor.
