Addenda
All rental offers must be accompanied by proof of tenant insurance (civil liability) before taking possession of the unit, with coverage up to $2 million. No Airbnb-type rentals, businesses, or public/private daycares are allowed in the building. No subletting or unregistered tenants on the lease are permitted. To add a tenant to the lease, a new credit check is required, and a new lease must be signed and accepted by the landlord. All such requests must be submitted in writing. Proof of employment and a credit check are required before accepting any rental offer. Cannabis and any other drugs are prohibited inside, outside, and in all common areas of the building, as stated in the lease. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors, and in both private and common areas. No animals are allowed inside, outside, or in any common areas of the building unless written permission is obtained from the landlord. Any type pf painting or modifications must be authorized by the lessor. The owner will reimburse the accepted candidate for the credit check (pre-rental inquiry). The lease must always have an end date of June 30th with a minimum of 12 months. Should there be any water tax it will be at the expense of the lessee. |
