With over four decades of real estate experience, Nick Fiasche is Vice-President of Marketing and Sales with Team Nancy Forlini. An accomplished licensed Real Estate Agent, he oversees office operations and negotiates the majority of home sale and purchase, rental, commercial, and income property transactions.
Nick’s career as a Listing Agent started in 1975. At just 22 years old, he had to prove his worth like no other. At the time, the market was dominated by home sellers at least twice as old as he was. He nevertheless earned the trust of these challenging clients by demonstrating unparalleled determination, dedication, and real estate knowledge.
Just five years later, Nick started his own business and launched First Choice Realty in 1980 with 26 agents under his purview. In 1990, he became Sector Manager for Le Permanent and Montreal Trust. He then moved on to Royal LePage as Zone Manager where he led over 100 agents in the Greater Montreal area.
In 2007, Nick launched a new business venture with his wife, Nancy Forlini. They made a formidable team and conquered the Montreal market. In 2015, they bought their own RE/MAX Solutions franchise, where Nick now serves as Vice-President of Marketing and Sales.
Nick Fiasche is a man of action. His top priorities are to listen to his clients’ needs and deliver on expectations. That is why he does everything in his power to meet the needs of every client who relies on his expertise.
Nick Fiasche is a prominent leader in the business community in Montreal. He served as Vice-President and Board Member of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board from 1995 to 2000 and served as President of the St-Léonard Chamber of Commerce for several years. From 1999 to 2006, he served as President of the Conciliation and Arbitration Committee for the Quebec Federation of Real Estate Boards. Nick also taught real estate and negotiation at CEI College in Montreal.
On the philanthropy front, Nick Fiasche provides financial support to several community and charity initiatives in Montreal. He contributes to fundraisers as Governor and Vice-President for the Canadian-Italian Community Foundation and as Ambassador for the Santa Cabrini Hospital Foundation.

With 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nancy Forlini’s track-record as a licensed Real Estate Agent and business owner speaks for itself. Both an energetic and visionary woman, Nancy made her mark as a highly skilled leader who goes above and beyond to deliver expected results.
Today, she is one of the most celebrated agents at RE/MAX, the #1 real estate brand in Quebec and around the world. She is a RE/MAX Diamond Club, Hall of Fame, and Circle of Legends inductee. Nancy Forlini’s team has also ranked on RE/MAX’s Top 100 Teams Worldwide for the past several years. With grace and humility, Nancy owes these awards to the thousands of successful homeowners who trusted her with their real estate investments.
However, Nancy Forlini’s career rose from more humble beginnings. She first got her real estate agent license in 1987 but struggled to succeed in the industry due to her lack of experience. She hustled for seven years before her hard work began to pay off. Since then, Nancy pursues a passion for coaching and mentorship, which she shares with her team up to this day.
In Nancy's opinion, serving a client is a privilege. To that end, she designed her entire business philosophy to address her clients’ needs first. Always warm and welcoming, she treats every person and transaction with the utmost integrity, which allowed her to earn the trust of thousands of satisfied customers over the years.
In 1995, Nancy met Nick Fiasche, the man who would later become her husband. They shared a passion for real estate but chose to lead their own careers independently for several years. They eventually changed their minds and decided to join forces to conquer Montreal’s market in 2007. It didn’t take long before they started closing transactions at an astonishing rate and racking up industry awards as a result.
In 2015, Nancy Forlini and Nick Fiasche bought their own RE/MAX Solutions franchise. They now run a successful real estate team. This accomplishment is what Nancy needed to implement her business vision and better serve her customers.
In addition to being a real estate role model, Nancy Forlini lends her expertise in leadership to several business and community initiatives in Montreal. She serves as a Board member for the Marie-Clarac Hospital and the Jean-Talon Street Business Development Society. She is also Governor for the Canadian-Italian Community Foundation. She is an Ambassador for the Santa Cabrini Hospital Foundation and is also the Co-President for Chapeau, champagne et chocolat, an annual event to raise funds for women’s health.

Located in the southwestern part of Laval, along the Rivière-des-Prairies, Chomedey is a lively and very family-friendly neighborhood. It is also the sector of the island where the culture is the most diversified.
Its residential areas form a well-balanced amalgam of single-family homes and apartment buildings, although the rapid development of recent years has brought many condo and residential projects to this amalgam.
Getting to Montreal is quick and easy with highways 15 and 13 and the Curé-Labelle Bridge, but residents are lucky enough to live in what is considered downtown Laval. At the heart of it is of course the Centropolis, an outdoor complex that includes not only shops, restaurants and a cinema, but also unique activities such as climbing, a mini-golf fluorescent and simulation parachuting.
Other major points of interest in the area are Carrefour Laval, one of the largest shopping centers in the province, and Public Market 440 with gourmet food stores and seasonal food kiosks.
